Returns & Exchanges
We strive to minimize our environmental impact as much as possible, so we provide great detail about each jewelry piece to avoid returns & exchanges. Please help us reduce our carbon footprint by measuring the jewelry you want before you buy it so you know exactly how it'll fit on you. Each product page includes photos, (some) videos, and jewelry dimensions. You can also check out our helpful Jewelry Sizing Guide!
This will result in less shipping and a lower environmental impact from our returns and exchanges. Thank you for helping us do our part to protect the planet!

Return Options
US Orders: Send your jewelry back within 30 days of ordering using a pre-paid label. Returns are free if you choose store credit! You can also opt for a refund to the original payment method and get a pre-paid shipping label for $8 (which is deducted from the refund), or ship with your own method.
International Orders: Send your jewelry back within 30 days of ordering. You can choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using your local postal service whenever possible, as some courier services may charge additional brokerage fees. Please note that we are not responsible for any brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred during the return process.
When returning your package, please declare it as "Returned Merchandise" and include the original country of origin, if applicable.
Your returned jewelry must meet all of these criteria:
- Jewelry must be unworn. No visible signs of use, including perfume, scents, etc.
- All original packaging must be included.
- We do not accept returns for the personalized jewelry or final sale items.
Returns must be sent within 14 days of initiating the return. They will be processed within 1-2 weeks after the package is received. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is processed. For damaged items, please email us at support@simpleanddainty.com.
Exchange Options
We offer free exchanges if you exchange for the same item, but different color or size. If you want to exchange it for a different item, you choose store credit instead. Returning your item for store credit is free!

Fair Use Policy
We want to keep our return policy fair and accessible for all customers. To help us do that, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit, refuse, or reject returns or restrict return privileges when we identify activity that appears inconsistent with the intent of our return policy, including but not limited to:
• An irregular or excessive return history.
• A pattern of repeated purchases followed by returns beyond the intended use of our return policy.
• Returned items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or misuse or are missing components or original packaging when required.
• The creation or use of multiple customer accounts to circumvent our policies or promotions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or other activity that violates our Return Policy.
This policy is intended to protect the integrity of our return policy while ensuring we can continue offering a fair experience for all customers. It does not affect returns for defective, incorrect, or damaged items that qualify under our warranty or return guidelines.
