Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free carbon neutral shipping for all US orders, and free upgraded priority shipping for orders $125+. For Canada, we provide free shipping on orders of $125 or more, and for international orders, free shipping applies to purchases of $250 or more.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 45 days of the order date. If you choose store credit, returns are free. If you choose a refund your original payment method, our return label is $6, which will be deducted from the refund.

Do you have a warranty?
Yes! We offer a 6 month warranty covering manufacturer defects. Please see our warranty page for more.
Where is your jewelry made?
All of our pieces are created with love in our beautiful little studio in San Francisco, CA.
What is your jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is made of 14k gold filled, 14k gold vermeil, and sterling silver - they're high quality and can last a lifetime with care! All of the materials will be listed under the item description. Read more about the different types of gold jewelry to see why we use gold filled & vermeil.
How do I pick my necklace size or ring size?
Check out our Jewelry Sizing Guide. There is a useful necklace chart in there, as well as a ring chart. We also offer a Free Ring Sizer that's reusable - all you have to do is pay for shipping!
What makes you a sustainable brand?
At Simple & Dainty, we put sustainability first because we love our planet! We use recycled gold and silver as well as recyclable packaging.
We are also carbon neutral and certified! We offset all of our carbon emissions, and we contribute at least 1% of our annual sales to support approved environmental nonprofits around the globe.
