Gold filled jewelry is comprised of two layers that are mechanically bonded to each other: gold (5%) and jeweler’s brass (95%). It has almost 100 times more gold than gold plated jewelry. Since gold filled jewelry is mechanically bonded onto the base metal, rather than plated, the gold doesn’t rub off.
Gold filled jewelry is the next best option to solid gold at a fraction of the price. It’s perfect for everyday wear! You can go to the gym, shower, and sleep in it. It’s also hypoallergenic, so it’s great for people who have sensitive skin. Read more about the different types of gold jewelry to see why gold filled is our material of choice.
To summarize, here are the benefits of gold filled jewelry:
- Tarnish resistant - Waterproof - Safe for sensitive skin - More affordable than solid gold
Always love wearing hoops so it’s nice to spice it up a bit with the coin! Would love to see a slightly bigger version of these as well.

Loving the Coin Hoops
These earrings are awesome.
The hoops are a great size, the coin isn't too big, and I like that the closure for the hoop is a threaded, infinite hoop. I've had hoop earrings that clip closed that can open up and fall off easily, so one of the big reasons I chose this pair of earrings was because of the spring closure. It makes me feel like my jewelry is nice and secure!
Yayyy! So happy you found us, KW. Thank you for supporting my small business. Enjoy! :)

I wear mine at least 3 times a week. Just note that it does take some practice to put the hoops in. Took me about two weeks to master that. At first I really wished the coin would have been attached the the Everyday mini hoop instead of the endless hoop, but now that I’ve gotten used to putting them in I love how thin the hoop is. It just wouldn’t look as good on a thicker hoop I think.
Thanks, Rebecca! I'm glad you got the hang of putting the hoops in! Enjoy your new earrings! :)

almost a dream
i absolutely love them and now basically live in them!! however only after a few days of wearing them one of the charms fell off and i honestly don’t know how i could’ve prevented it. i had to pay for one singular earring and that was kinda annoying but i mean i had to do it because they were so stinking cute!
To get the best fit, we recommend measuring your neck to where you want the necklace to fall. You can use a sewing tape measurer to achieve this. If you do not have one, you can use a common household item, such as headphones, charging wires, or a piece of string/yarn - then measuring that household item with a ruler.
You can use this chart to help guide you, but everyone has different sized necks, so please use this knowing that it might not be accurate for you.
Sizing according to the chart:
12-14": Choker size
14": Falls right at the base of the neck.
16": Hits around the collar bone.
18": Most popular length for pendants.
20": Falls right above the cleavage.
We offer an easy & FREE way for you to measure your finger with our free ring sizer! You can wrap this around your finger & immediately find your ring size. All you have to do is pay for shipping!
You can also simply take your favorite ring and measure the inside diameter in millimeters. Follow this chart to find your ring size.
